Jenis Exhaust Gas Boiler (EGB) yang paling umum digunakan di kapal adalah boiler tabung air.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Dalam pengaturan jenis tabung air, air melewati tumpukan tabung, yang diatur di jalur gas buang di dalam trunking gas buang mesin utama.\u00a0Gas buang mengalir di atas tumpukan tabung dan memanaskan air, sehingga menghasilkan uap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Konstituen utama dari endapan jelaga adalah partikulat tetapi di samping itu, beberapa residu bahan bakar dan minyak pelumas yang tidak terbakar dapat disimpan dalam ketel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Jelaga setoran dan bakar di EGB bisa menjadi-<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span>Karena buruknya pembakaran bahan bakar di mesin utama<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Karena memperpanjang penguapan lambat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Manuver panjang kapal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mesin sering dihidupkan dan dimatikan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Tingkat bahan bakar minyak \/ minyak silinder yang buruk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Kecepatan gas buang rendah melewati EGB<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Kecepatan masuk air rendah dalam tabung air<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Rasio aliran air sirkulasi rendah<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span>Jenis Gas Buang \/ Jelaga api di Exhaust Gas Boiler (EGB)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Untuk pemahaman yang lebih baik, lebih baik membedakan api EGB secara bertahap daripada jenis.\u00a0Kebakaran EGB dapat dibedakan dalam dua atau tiga tahap tergantung pada intensitas api.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Tahap 1: Normal Soot fire<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Tahap 2: Api Hidrogen<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Tahap 3: Api Besi<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Tahap 1: Api Jelaga Normal:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Jelaga disimpan di tabung air boiler.\u00a0Ketika kapal berada pada kecepatan lambat, suhu gas buang mesin utama dapat bervariasi dari 100 hingga 200 derajat C. Suhu ini cukup untuk menyalakan &#8220;jelaga basah&#8221; yang suhu penyalaannya sekitar 150 derajat.\u00a0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Jika jelaga \u201ckering\u201d, ia tidak akan terbakar pada suhu rendah (150 derajat C) tetapi ketika mesin berjalan dengan kecepatan lebih tinggi dan suhu gas mencapai di atas 300 derajat.\u00a0C, maka dengan adanya oksigen berlebih, endapan bahan yang mudah terbakar akan membebaskan uap yang cukup, yang dapat dinyalakan oleh percikan api atau nyala api.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Api jelaga di atas disebut api jelaga kecil atau normal karena energi panas dihilangkan oleh air boiler dan uap yang bersirkulasi.\u00a0Selain itu, percikan api tetap berada di dalam corong atau menghilang saat melewati penahan api di bagian atas corong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span>Tahap 2: Api Hidrogen<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Kebakaran hidrogen dalam EGB terjadi ketika reaksi kimia disosiasi air terjadi pada suhu di atas 1000 derajat.\u00a0C. Ini mengarah pada pembentukan Hidrogen (H2) dan Karbon mono-oksida (CO) yang keduanya mudah terbakar di alam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>2H2O = 2H2 + O2 (Disosiasi air justify;\"><b><span>Tahap 3: Api Besi<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Pada tahap ini, reaksi berantai oksidasi logam besi dimulai pada suhu tinggi 1100 derajat.\u00a0C yang berarti pada suhu tinggi seperti itu tabung akan mulai terbakar dengan sendirinya, menyebabkan kehancuran total tumpukan tabung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>2Fe + O2 2 = FeO + panas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Sangat disarankan untuk tidak menggunakan air atau uap pada tahap ini untuk memadamkan api karena besi yang terlalu panas akan bereaksi untuk Pencegahan Kebakaran<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span>Hindari penguapan lambat dari mesin utama<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Pastikan pembakaran bahan bakar yang baik di mesin utama<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Pastikan bahan bakar dirawat dan memiliki kualitas yang baik saat memasok ke engine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Lakukan pukulan jelaga secara teratur dari tabung ketel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Cuci air di pelabuhan secara berkala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Pastikan desain saluran pembuangan sedemikian rupa sehingga menghasilkan panas yang seragam untuk melengkapi tumpukan tabung<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Air sirkulasi pra-panas yang akan dipasok ke boiler terutama pada saat startup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Pompa sirkulasi tidak boleh dimatikan kapan saja saat mesin utama sedang berjalan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Jangan berhenti mengedarkan pompa setidaknya selama dua jam setelah mesin utama berhenti<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mulai pompa sirkulasi sebelum 2 jam sebelum menghidupkan mesin utama<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span>Bagaimana cara mengatasi EGB Fire?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Respons untuk mengatasi kebakaran EGB akan berbeda untuk tahapan yang berbeda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Ketika ada api tahap 1, yaitu api jelaga yang normal\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>a) Hentikan mesin utama, dan dengan demikian pasokan oksigen ke api<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>b) Terus mengoperasikan pompa sirkulasi air.\u00a0Jangan pernah menghentikan pompa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>c) Jangan sekali-kali menggunakan jelaga jelaga untuk memadamkan api apa pun jenisnya &#8211; Uap atau Udara karena keduanya akan mempercepat efek api<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>d) Pastikan semua katup buang pada mesin utama berhenti dalam posisi tertutup sehingga dapat memotong peluang pasokan udara ke api jelaga<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>e) Tutup filter turbocharger<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em id=\"__mceDel\"><span>f)<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0Cuci air, jika dipasang, dapat digunakan untuk memadamkan api.\u00a0Ini biasanya terhubung ke sistem air pemadam kebakaran kapal<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>g) Pendinginan batas eksternal dapat dilakukan<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span>Untuk Api Besar<\/span><\/b><span>\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>a) Hentikan mesin utama, jika belum berhenti<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>b) Hentikan pompa air yang bersirkulasi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>c) Tutup semua katup saluran masuk dan keluar pada saluran sirkulasi air<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>d) Keluarkan air (sisa) dari bagian boiler gas buang dengan pengeringan<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>e) Dinginkan dengan banyak air percikan hingga batas mendinginkan jantung api (Berhati-hatilah agar tidak menyiram air di bagian lain karena air dapat mempercepat
